I spend a lot of my time writing about serious issues, and the primary reason I do it is because I love my son more than anything. So, it only seems fitting to take a few moments every now and then to share what matters most- his influence in my life.

My son has been involved in Tae Kwon Do for about a year now, and I can’t say enough great things about the experience. He attends the World Martial Arts Academy. Respect. Integrity. Honesty. Self-discipline. These are the principles they teach him on a weekly basis, and it has done wonders for him. If your kid is not in martial arts, you should really look into it.

My son tested for, and received, his blue belt last week, and I am so proud of his continued commitment at such a young age.
