I have a big problem and my patience is worn out. In March 1997 I was discharged from the Army disabled. The day I got my discharge papers my wife at that time told me she was sleeping w/ some one else and leaving me. Our son was 2 and our daughter was 3 months old.

After my discharge I left the state. She filed for divorce and lied about my income. I was ordered to pay more than I make or even made.

She has primary custody of our children and has had them taken away from her in 2 states for abuse and neglect, yet even though she has been caught in lies and contempt, the courts gave the kids back to her.

I have been trying to get my support modified but she runs. So I am forced to try and raise a family on half income, and put up with the parental alienation. She refuses me contact and visitation of my son and daughter. I have court ordered min once a week phone contact and anytime I want to see them visitation. The problem is I’m in Texas and they are now in Florida.

I can’t afford legal services and my patience is wearing thin w/ the so called Family Court System and their bias attitudes.
